• Hourly rate for each set is $125 besides Cyclorama which is $100/hour

• Prices are per set for productions of up to 20 people, rate for productions more than 20 is more 

• Additional sets cost a flat rate of $200 per extra set

• Cleaning fee is $185, booking with more than one set requires a $200 cleaning fee

• Site Rep fee is required and is NOT waivable. We must hire our trained staff to be present on set

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required on all bookings

• To reserve a specific date for a project, a deposit of $500 is required & production has 72 hours to cancel the reserved date in order to receive refund, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

• 50% deposit required to book, balance is charged 20 days before booking

• Cancellations must be made at least 20 days prior to scheduled shoot date for deposit refund  

• Cancellations less than 20 days in advance will be liable for full booking amount

• There's a 3.6% processing fee on all credit card payments

• There's a $125 repainting fee for fresh "floor" paint on the Cyclorama

• When driving a car on the Cyclorama, there's a $125 floor paint fee

• The Vintage set  does NOT have AC/Heater, small portable ones are allowed
